I'm Farhat Ullah — a developer, entrepreneur, and the guy behind multiple tech businesses including a digital agency serving clients across the Middle East.

I was drowning in AI noise. Every newsletter, every Twitter thread, every YouTube video was saying the same thing: “AI will change everything!” But nobody was showing who was actually making money with AI and how they were doing it.

So I started digging. I found a nurse who built a $15K/month AI consulting business. A retail manager who replaced his salary with AI automation. A teacher who now makes more from AI side projects than she ever made in the classroom.

Their stories were incredible — and nobody was telling them. That's why Cash & Code exists.

Every AI newsletter covers the latest model release or prompt trick. We cover the people. Real humans with real bills who figured out how to use AI to build income streams.

I run Pyaox, a digital agency with 20+ specialists and 100+ clients across the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. We do web design, SEO, AI integration, and everything in between.

I also build products: WebRevealer (AI-powered website audits), QuickListAI (AI-powered marketplace listings), and more. I write code, build businesses, and obsess over what actually works vs. what just sounds good on LinkedIn.

Cash & Code is my way of sharing what I learn — from my own businesses and from the incredible people I discover who are using AI to change their financial trajectory.
